Jemima Steele was caught kissing Hugo the night of his disappearance. She claims to have gone to bed shortly after that, however, this is contested by the fact that Paris claims to have heard Jemima's voice in the background of Hugo's call, which was much later in the night. Her alibi involves Donna who isn't exactly a reliable source.
